Porthmelgan Low Tide
To the north of Whitesands beach there is a tiny sandy beach, surrounded by cliffs and accessible via footpath.
Such an unspoilt natural beauty, dog friendly beach nested between Whitesands bay on the south side and St David’s head on the northern side of this little cove.
At low tide this little sandy beach full of caves and rock pools to explore overlooking Ramsey island and the Bishops and the Clerks reef. Also you can catch waves on a big swell.
Behind the beach there is Carn Llidi reaching towards the sky which has great panoramic views of St David’s and the Pembrokeshire coast stretching away into the distance.
