Packaging and shipping costs are included in our prices for all our customers in the United Kingdom and throughout Europe. There is small extra charge that covers the additional costs incurred for shipments that are bound for countries outside of the UK and European shipping area.
All orders are shipped from the UK, so you may be charged import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives at your country. These charges vary and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise what the cost may be (customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country).

We use Royal Mail for all our shipping as they are the most economical for our customers both here in the UK and abroad. Below is a table of our shipping rates and service types that we use.
WHEN DO YOU SHIP ?
In Stock Items
Confirmed orders for items in stock that we receive before 12:00 GMT between Monday and Friday will be shipped on the same day.
Confirmed orders for in stock items received after 12:00 GMT will be shipped the following day.
Any orders for in stock items received after 12:00 GMT on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will usually be shipped the following Monday.
Royal Mail Tracked 48
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a fully trackable service that aims to deliver your product the within 2 - 3 days of dispatch and requires a signature from you on delivery.
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed
International Tracked & Signed items are tracked in the UK and overseas with online confirmation of delivery provided and you will need to sign for your package on delivery.
Royal Mail International Signed
International Signed shipments are tracked only up until they leave the UK and your package will need a signature from you on delivery.
Tracking numbers will be issued to you via email once your package has shipped. Please keep in mind that it may take a little time for a tracking number to become LIVE on the Royal Mail website so If your shipment cannot be found it does not mean it has not been sent.
